We want you to enjoy your purchase and if, for some reason you don’t, please return it (within 15 days of receipt)! We are happy to exchange your purchase or refund the credit card used for its purchase. Please note that all original items or commission pieces may not be returned or exchanged and we cannot refund gift certificates or shipping costs. Additionally, we are unable to refund gift wrapping charges and cannot accept them as a return. All returned goods must be in original and resalable condition. To make a return, please repackage the item in its original packaging (if possible). Include your packing slip/receipt that was enclosed with your purchase and indicate whether you wish to exchange it, credit the price toward another fernhill.net transaction or receive a refund. For your security, please return your gift with an insured carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Fern Hill Gifts and Quilts is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Please check your item immediately for any damages upon receipt, as all damage claims will need to be made within three days of receipt.
